BIT is launching the "Q3 Earnings Season Refer a Friend" promotion, designating one reward stock each week. No deposit is required. Simply share your personal referral link: when a referred friend completes Stocks Account opening, they will receive a $10 Stock Cash Card in that week's featured stock. For every 2 referred friends, you will unlock $20 in Stock Cash Cards in that week's featured stock. Once approved, referred friends can also become referrers and share the experience with the people around them.

The round a referred friend belongs to is determined by the time they submit their Stocks Account application, and their reward is issued in that round's featured stock.
2. Eligibility
Open to all clients with an active Stocks Account, with no holdings requirement. No deposit is required.
Rewards are limited to 100 per round, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time at which each referred friend submits their Stocks Account KYC application. Once all rewards for a round are claimed, that round closes. Each referrer may secure reward allocations for a maximum of 10 referred friends per round.
Channel agents/affiliates and clients referred by them are not eligible to participate.
3. Rewards at a Glance

Example: A referred friend submits a Stocks Account application on 15 October and is approved on or before 25 October, 23:59. The friend receives one $10 TSM Stock Cash Card. Once 2 of your referred friends qualify in Round 1, you receive two $10 TSM Stock Cash Cards.
4. Referred Friend: Requirements and Rewards
4.1 Eligibility requirements
The referred friend must be a new client of the BIT platform.
The referred friend must submit a Stocks Account application on or before the application deadline of their round, and be approved on or before that round's approval deadline. No deposit is required.
The referral relationship must be established within the promotion period. Applications approved after the deadline will not be included in that round's distribution batch.
4.2 Referred friend reward
Each qualifying friend receives one $10 Stock Cash Card in the featured stock of the round they belong to.
Each new client is eligible for the referred-friend reward once only for the entire promotion.
4.3 Referral relay
Once a referred friend's Stocks Account application is approved, they may themselves participate as a referrer, inviting their own friends and unlocking rewards in the featured stock of the round in which each of those friends submits an account application.
5. Referrer Reward Rules
Unlock condition: For every 2 referred friends whose account applications are approved within the same round, the referrer unlocks two $10 Stock Cash Cards in that round's featured stock, $20 in total.
Refer more, earn more: The reward can be unlocked multiple times within the same round. Each referrer may secure reward allocations for a maximum of 10 referred friends per round, meaning up to 5 unlocks and $100 in Stock Cash Cards in that round's featured stock. For example, referring 4 friends earns four $10 Stock Cash Cards.
Each round counted separately: Referrals are counted separately for each round and do not accumulate across rounds. Any remainder of fewer than 2 referred friends in a round does not carry over to the next round, but those friends' own $10 Stock Cash Cards are credited as normal.
Participation across rounds: You may participate in multiple rounds. Rewards unlocked in each round are issued in that round's featured stock.
6. Distribution and Redemption
Distribution: Stock Cash Cards will be credited to your account within 7 business days after each round's approval deadline.
Where to find them: Stocks → Profile → My Cards.
Validity: 7 days from credit. You must tap to redeem within the validity period.
Settlement: Redeemed shares are reflected in your holdings approximately 1–3 business days later.
Expiry: Cards not redeemed within the validity period expire and will not be reissued.
7. General Terms and Conditions
Compliance and anti-fraud: Accounts sharing the same identity document number, mobile number, or device are treated as a single client. Obtaining rewards through abusive bulk registration, fraudulent account applications, or any other manipulative means is strictly prohibited. Where automated or manual review identifies a breach, BIT reserves the right to disqualify both the referrer and the referred friend, revoke cards already issued, and recover an amount equal to their value.
Reward allocation: The reward pool for each round is 100 rewards, allocated according to the time at which each referred friend submits their Stocks Account KYC application. Each round ends once its pool is exhausted, without further notice.
Featured stock adjustment: Where a round's featured stock cannot be issued due to market, regulatory, or trading arrangements, BIT reserves the right to substitute a Stock Cash Card or another reward of equal value.
Final interpretation: BIT reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion to the extent permitted by law. We may amend these terms or suspend the promotion in response to regulatory requirements or operational circumstances. Any such change will be published on our website or in the App, and no separate individual notice will be given.
