All eligible new and existing BIT clients (acting as new users and as referrers), together with qualified new clients who register through a dedicated referral link (acting as invitees). Open to users in eligible regions only, subject to applicable jurisdictional restrictions; eligibility is determined by BIT based on KYC records.

When your friends complete the designated tasks through your referral link, you unlock the following rewards, tier by tier:

First Referral $3 Stock Card: The first time you successfully refer 1 friend who completes U.S. stock KYC verification, you receive an extra $3 stock card (popular stocks, allocated based on market conditions), valid for 30 days. Limited to one claim per user.

$20 Platform Fee Voucher: During the campaign, for each friend you successfully refer who completes U.S. stock KYC verification, you instantly receive a $20 platform fee voucher, valid for 30 days.

If your referred friend funds a U.S. stock account within 14 days of account opening and maintains the balance for 30 days, you earn the corresponding deposit reward. Two tiers apply; the higher one is granted and they do not stack:

Friend's cumulative net deposit ≥ $1,000, held for 30 days: you receive $20 cash.

Friend's cumulative net deposit ≥ $2,000, held for 30 days: you receive $50 cash.

Based on the number of qualified funded referrals you make each month, you can earn additional milestone rewards in the form of $10 Stock Cash Cards, valid for 60 days:

A qualified funded referral must meet all of the following requirements: complete U.S. stock KYC verification, reach a cumulative net deposit of $1,000 or more, maintain the qualifying assets in the account for 30 days, complete at least one valid trade during the assessment period, and pass BIT's fraud prevention and compliance risk controls.

Deposit within 14 days of account opening and hold the assets for 30 days:

For U.S. stock trades of $100 or more per order, completed within 14 days of account opening:

3 or more trades: instantly receive a $5 stock cash card, valid for 7 days.

8 or more trades: receive an additional $5 stock cash card, for $10 in stock cash cards in total, valid for 7 days.

Please note: The "Welcome Deposit Gift" and "Welcome Trading Gift" in this campaign follow the same rules and reward calculations as BIT's "August U.S. Stock New User Gift." As both are new client benefits, they do not stack.

Issuance schedule:

Instant: The referrer's $20 platform fee voucher, the friend's Welcome Trading Gift, and certain first deposit milestone rewards are issued to the Rewards Center as soon as the conditions are met.

Stock cards: The First Referral Gift ($3 stock card) and the friend's Account Opening Gift ($3 stock card) are settled and issued through weekly manual review.

Retained deposit rewards: All deposit rewards that require a 30 day holding period are settled on a monthly cycle, distributed between the start of the following month and the 14th.

Monthly Sprint Bonus: Settled on a monthly cycle, distributed between the start of the following month and the 14th.

Compliance and fraud prevention: The same ID number, phone number, or device is treated as a single user. Obtaining rewards through malicious bulk registration, wash trading, fake deposits, or other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If system and manual checks identify any violation, BIT reserves the right to disqualify the referrer and the invitee, and to revoke issued vouchers or recover an equivalent amount.

Right of final interpretation: BIT reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign to the extent permitted by law. We may amend the campaign terms or suspend the campaign in response to regulatory policy or operational circumstances. Any changes will be published on our website or in the app, without separate individual notice.
