1. Promotion Period

2. Eligibility
Open to eligible clients with an active US equities account, subject to jurisdictional availability. No holdings requirement.
Rewards are limited to 100 in total, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time at which each referred friend submits their US equities KYC application. Once all rewards are claimed, the promotion closes. Each referrer may secure reward allocations for a maximum of 5 referred friends.

Both tickers carry the same $10 face value. The random allocation is final and cannot be exchanged or selected.
4. Referred Friend: Requirements and Rewards
4.1 Eligibility requirements
The referred friend must be a new client of the BIT platform.
New clients participating in this promotion must submit a US equities account application on or before 30 August, 23:59, and be approved on or before 31 August, 23:59. No deposit is required.
The referral relationship must be established within the promotion period. Applications approved after the above deadline will not be included in this distribution batch.
4.2 Referred friend reward
Each qualifying friend receives one $10 Stock Cash Card, in either NVDA or MRVL. The random allocation is determined at the time the reward is credited; both tickers carry the same face value, and the allocation cannot be exchanged or selected.
Each new client is eligible for the referred-friend reward once only. Once a referred new client has passed US equities KYC, they may themselves participate as a referrer during the promotion period, provided their own referred friends also submit a US equities account application on or before 30 August, 23:59.
5. Referrer Reward Rules
Unlock condition: Once 2 referred friends have had their account applications approved, the referrer unlocks one $10 NVDA and one $10 MRVL Stock Cash Card, $20 in total. Each referrer may unlock this reward once only for the duration of the promotion; no further rewards accrue thereafter.
Only one referred friend: That friend's $10 Stock Cash Card is credited as normal and is unaffected. However, the referrer's dual-stock reward requires 2 approved referrals to unlock.
More than two referred friends: The dual-stock reward cannot be unlocked more than once; each referrer is limited to one unlock for the duration of the promotion. The 3rd through 5th referred friends nevertheless each receive their own $10 Stock Cash Card.
6. Distribution and Redemption
Distribution: All Stock Cash Cards will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
Where to find them: US Stocks → Profile → My Cards.
Validity: 7 days from credit. You must tap to redeem within the validity period.
Settlement: Redeemed shares are reflected in your holdings approximately 1 business day later.
Expiry: Cards not redeemed within the validity period expire and will not be reissued.
7. General Terms and Conditions
Compliance and anti-fraud: Accounts sharing the same identity document number, mobile number, or device are treated as a single client. Obtaining rewards through abusive bulk registration, fraudulent account applications, or any other manipulative means is strictly prohibited. Where automated or manual review identifies a breach, BIT reserves the right to disqualify both the referrer and the referred friend, revoke cards already issued, and recover an amount equal to their value.
Reward allocation: The total reward pool for this promotion is 100 rewards, allocated according to the time at which each referred friend submits their US equities KYC application. The promotion ends once the pool is exhausted, without further notice.
This campaign is only open to regular users and does not apply to affiliate or agent accounts.
Final interpretation: BIT reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion to the extent permitted by law. We may amend these terms or suspend the promotion in response to regulatory requirements or operational circumstances. Any such change will be published on our website or in the App, and no separate individual notice will be given.
