Step 1｜Contact moomoo via Email to Request a Stock Transfer-Out
1. moomoo does not provide complete transfer-out information directly in the app.
Please contact moomoo customer support via email first.
After receiving confirmation and the relevant broker details from moomoo, you may proceed with the subsequent steps.
Send a transfer-out request email

Email content is recommended to include the following information:

Transfer-Out Request Details
Transfer direction: Transfer to another broker (BIT)
Receiving broker name：Matrix Gelephu Pte Ltd
DTC (Participant number)：DTC#4305
Contact person: Settlement Department
Contact number: (852) 2498 2080
Receiving broker account number：Your BIT securities account number
Stock ticker(s)
Quantity to be transferred
Additional Notes
If batch transfers or special arrangements are required, please specify them in the email
2. moomoo Review and Processing
moomoo customer support will reply via email to confirm the request
If the information is correct, the request will enter manual processing
Processing time is usually 3–15 business days
If additional information is required, moomoo will contact you via email
Step 2｜Submit a Share Transfer-In Request on BIT
1. Navigation Path
STOCKS → Portfolio → More → Share Transfer-In → U.S. Market
2. Enter the delivering broker information and submit the request (based on the broker information provided in the moomoo email)
Enter broker information
Enter stock details (stock ticker / number of shares)
Review the information and tap “Next”
3. After submission
The page will display “Submitted”
You may tap “Click here to check” or log in to the email address registered with your BIT account to check the email.
In the transfer-in request, tap “I Have Notified”
Step 4｜Wait for the Stocks to Be Credited
Stocks will be transferred after moomoo completes its review
Transfer-out fee for U.S. stocks: USD 150 per stock per transfer
Actual crediting time depends on the processing progress of both brokers
Once completed, stocks will appear in your BIT securities account
Important Notes
Stocks must be fully settled before a transfer-out request can be submitted
Transfer fees are charged by the delivering broker, moomoo
Relevant fees may be subject to GST imposed by the Singapore government
All information is subject to the final processing results of the brokers
