I. Access the Institutional Verification Portal
1.1 Web
Option 1: Access the institutional KYC verification page directly via the link below:
Option 2: After logging in, go to Personal Center → Identity Verification. Click "Institutional user" to switch to the institutional tab, then click "Activate Now" next to "U.S. Stock Trading Account Verification".
1.2 App
Follow these steps: ① Tap the avatar icon (top-left on Home) → ② On the Identity Verification page, tap "Switch to Institutional Verification / Verify" → ③ Enter the "Institutional Verification" page
Step ③ — On the "Institutional Verification" page, enter your institution name and the collaborator's email address, then tap "Send Verification Email".
Collaborator's Email: Enter your own email to complete verification yourself; or
Enter a collaborator's email directly (e.g. your assistant or BIT sales representative — shown as "Existing collaborators" if previously used). The system will send the verification link to that address for them to fill in on your behalf.
④ A verification email is sent to the provided address. Open the email, click "click here", then complete Login Verification to enter the Web-based verification flow.
After sending the email from the App, all subsequent steps are completed on the Web — the process is identical to the Web entry flow described above.

Select the services you wish to activate.
⚠️ To complete U.S. Stock institutional account opening, you must click "Activate" on the "U.S. Stock Trading" section.
BIT Asset Services: Choose from BIT App, Prime Brokerage (Strategy/Margin Lending), OTC Crypto-to-Crypto Exchange (Flying Otter Inc.), Structured Products, Collateral Lending, Matrixdock(STBT), Matrixdock(XAUm/XAGm) — select as needed.

Certificate of Incorporation — Certified True Copy (CTC) required for OTC Singapore, Custody and Collateral Lending services
Constitutional Documents (e.g. Articles of Association)
Register of Directors and Shareholders — dated within the last 6 months; CTC required
Company Structure / Ownership Chart — identifies Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) at ≥10% threshold
Certified True Copy (CTC) requirements: The certifier must sign and date the copy, include their name clearly beneath the signature, indicate their position or capacity, and state that the document is a true copy of the original.
Step 5: Declaration
Review and check all declaration items, answer the PEP / State-owned Entity questions (Q1 & Q2), add an Authorized Signatory, and click "Submit" to complete your application.
III. Add Collaborator (Optional)
The collaborator feature allows an assistant, compliance officer, or BIT sales representative to co-complete the KYC form. There are two ways to add a collaborator:
Option A: Enter collaborator email when initiating from the App (Recommended)
On the App's "Institutional Verification" page (Step ③ in Section 1.2), enter the collaborator's or BIT sales representative's email in the "Collaborator's Email" field. Existing collaborators linked to your account are also listed for quick selection. The system will send a verification link directly to that address — no extra invitation step is needed.
Option B: Add via the sidebar during the Web verification flow
If you have already entered the verification portal via Web, or wish to add a collaborator mid-process, use the "Add Collaborator" section on the left sidebar.
Steps:
Confirm with your BIT sales representative that they will assist with filling the form.
In the "Add Collaborator" section on the left sidebar, click "Add".
Enter the collaborator's email address (such as your assistant or BIT sales representative’s email address).
The system sends an "Invitation to Join as a KYC Collaborator" email to that address.
The collaborator clicks the link in the email, completes Login Verification, and enters the same form to assist with filling in the details.
Information entered by collaborators is shared with the primary account holder in the same application form. Once the collaborator completes the form, they may initiate a pre-submission. The primary account holder must review and confirm all relevant information before the application can officially proceed to the review process.
