Withdrawals Missing

When you initiate a withdrawal from Matrixport, the process involves the following steps: initiating the withdrawal → manual review/payout by the platform → block confirmation → crediting to another platform. If your withdrawal has not been credited, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The withdrawal requires a secondary manual review. While each withdrawal initiation does not necessarily require this secondary confirmation, please be attentive to a call from +65 66778010 or 0519 8296 4015 approximately 5-10 minutes after your request. If you are unable to answer the call, kindly check your registered email and respond accordingly.

  • The withdrawal has been processed and is pending block confirmation. If the withdrawal status on Matrixport indicates success and a hash has been generated, this transaction is complete on Matrixport and cannot be manually reversed. Please monitor any changes in the balance of your receiving platform account.

  • The withdrawal amount does not meet the minimum deposit requirement of the receiving platform. Please check the minimum deposit amount for the token on the receiving platform before initiating the withdrawal.

  • The withdrawal was sent to an incorrect address and has been confirmed. Once a transaction is confirmed using an incorrect address, Matrixport is unable to reverse the transaction.
