Withdrawal address whitelist function is to enhance the security of the withdrawal process.
When this function is turned on, you can only withdraw coins to the address, that you have added to the withdrawal whitelist. If you need to withdraw coins to a new address, you need to add it to the withdrawal whitelist first.
Turn on Whitelist Protection, when withdrawal displays【Only allow to withdrawal to the whitelisted address】, that means whitelist withdrawals have not been successfully binded. You can enable the whitelist address in the【Edit 】follow the instruction to verify.
Set up a withdrawal Whitelist:
Open the Matrixport App, click [My] - [Account Security]; select [Withdrawal Address] - [Add Address] - Select [Currency] and fill in the address and remarks according to the page - Enable setting as whitelist address - [Submit]. *BTC as an example.
According to the page verify > confirm 【Binding whitelist successfully】
To enable Address Whitelist Protection, select [Whitelist effective time after address whitelist are added] > click [Enable WhitelistProtection]
Reminder:
Once the address whitelist protection is switched on, you can’t make withdrawals to other non-whitelisted addresses.
Changes will take effect 24 hours after disabling the function or adjusting to effective immediately.Please contact admins for help.
Address whitelist protection is in effect for all products on Bit.com Matrixport . That includes products accessed through the web browser, apps and by API.
After the whitelist-only withdrawal is enabled, only PAY PIN will be needed for withdrawal verification.If you have not enabled the payment password, you can withdraw without verification.Please operate with caution.
How to cancel the Whitelist Address:
Open the Matrixport App, click [My] - [Account Security]; select [Withdrawal Address] - select [Delete].
