There're typically a few reasons for deposit delay:

Situation 1: Delay in network confirmation

please refer to our platform deposit and withdrawal details

Once the withdrawal released and generated hash(can be tracked on token browser), please stand by its block confirmation number

After reaching our platform deposit confirmation(s) but still doesn't show up in wallet, please contact Online support 

Situation 2: Fail to reach the minimum deposit amount

Before requesting deposit, please make sure check the minimum value of our platform deposit page

Situation 3: wrong mainnet &amp; memo/forget input memo

Deposit wrong address/mainnet, or forget input memo will result in failure. 

if such happened, please contact Online support for assistance.
