Rules on Automatic Renewal of Market Data Cards

Dear BIT User,

To facilitate access to U.S. stock market movements, BIT shall issue corresponding U.S. stock real-time market data cards to eligible users based on their membership level and account status.

After a new user completes U.S. stock account opening, the system will automatically issue the corresponding level of market data card. Users need to manually activate the market data card in the App under [U.S. Stocks] - [My] - [My Vouchers]. Once activated successfully, users can use the corresponding U.S. stock real-time market data benefits.

After opening a Securities Account, users can receive 30 days of real-time market data. After activation, real-time market data can be used. The market data card will be automatically renewed prior to expiry, provided all applicable terms and conditions are fulfilled.

2. Initial Issuance Rules

After users open a Securities Account, the system will automatically issue the corresponding level of market data card based on the user’s current membership level. This market data card is a one-time issuance per user.

Once the market data card is activated successfully in the App, the user can use the corresponding U.S. stock real-time market data benefits within the validity period.

3. Automatic Renewal Rules

To ensure the market data experience of active users, the system shall conduct daily user eligibility assessments. If the user fulfils the following conditions, the system will automatically renew the corresponding level of market data card before the current market data card expires:

  1. The account status is in good standing, and the account is not frozen or closed;

  2. The account balance is greater than 0;

  3. The user does not currently hold a free market data card of the same or a higher level.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the system will not renew the market data card. All renewals are subject to BIT's terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time.

Market data cards purchased by users themselves will not affect the system’s eligibility assessments or the issuance of free market data cards.

4. Membership Level Change Explanation

1. Membership Level Upgrade

If a user’s membership level is upgraded, and the new level corresponds to a higher-level market data card, the system will conduct an eligibility assessment based on the new membership level on the next day and issue the corresponding market data card.

The original lower-level market data card will not become invalid, and the user may continue using it until the end of its validity period.

2. Membership Level Downgrade

If a user’s membership level is downgraded, but the user still holds a higher-level free market data card that has not expired, the system will not repeatedly issue a new lower-level market data card.

After the original higher-level market data card expires, the system will conduct a new eligibility assessment based on the user’s membership level at that time and issue the corresponding market data card.

5. Notes

  1. The market data card is valid for 30 days. The specific validity period and usage status shall be subject to the display on the BIT App page.

  2. After the market data card is issued, the user needs to manually activate it. The corresponding real-time market data benefits can only be used after successful activation.

  3. Free market data cards and market data cards purchased by users are calculated separately. Purchased market data cards do not affect the issuance of free market data cards.

  4. If the account balance is 0, the account is not in good standing, or the user currently holds a free market data card of the same or a higher level, the system will not renew the market data card.

  5. Each market data card issuance will be recorded in the issuance log.

  6. All issuance results shall be subject to BIT platform backend records and page display. BIT reserves the final right of interpretation.
