4. Event Rules & Reward Details
Reward 1: Welcome Benefits (Receive Cards After Registration; Unlock Trading Benefits After Account Opening)
After registering a BIT account and entering the U.S. Stocks page, users will automatically receive a $100 Platform Fee Rebate Card, a U.S. Stock Real-Time Market Data Card, and an Options Real-Time Market Data Card. After opening a U.S. stock account, users can enjoy the following account-opening benefit:
Zero-Commission Trading: Users who open their first U.S. stock account during the Campaign Period can enjoy commission-free U.S. stock trading;
$100 Platform Fee Rebate Card: Automatically issued to “U.S. Stocks – Me – My Coupons” after the user registers a BIT account and enters the U.S. Stocks page. The card offsets platform fees on eligible U.S. stock trades and is valid for 30 days;
U.S. Stock Real-Time Market Data Card (30 Days): Automatically issued after the user registers a BIT account and enters the U.S. Stocks page. Activate it manually before use. Before expiry, the card will be automatically renewed if the account is in good standing, the U.S. stock account balance is above $0, and the user does not already hold an active card of the same type;
Options Real-Time Market Data Card (30 Days): Automatically issued after the user registers a BIT account and enters the U.S. Stocks page. Activate it manually to access OPRA real-time options market data. Before expiry, the card will be automatically renewed if the account is in good standing, net assets in the U.S. stock account (cash + holdings) exceed $2,000, and the user does not already hold an active card of the same type.
Reward 2: Deposit Bonus (Up to $200 in Stock Cash Cards)
Eligible participants who reach an applicable cumulative net deposit tier within 14 days of opening their U.S. stock account (Cumulative Net Deposit = Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals) will receive the corresponding instant reward and begin the 30-day retention period for that tier.
If a withdrawal causes the cumulative net deposit to fall below the qualifying tier, the retention period for that tier will be reset. Users may re-qualify within 14 days of account opening, and a new 30-day retention period will begin from the date they re-qualify. Qualification may occur after the Campaign Period, but must be completed within 14 days of account opening. The retention period may extend beyond the Campaign Period. The reward tiers are as follows:
Note: Net Deposit = Total Deposits − Total Withdrawals. A decline in account value caused by market fluctuations, such as a drop in the value of held stocks, will not affect the retention requirement. If a withdrawal causes net deposits to fall below the qualifying tier, the retention period for that tier will be reset. Re-qualification is only permitted within 14 days of account opening.
Reward 3: Trading Bonus (Up to an Additional $10)
Eligible participants who complete qualifying U.S. stock trades on BIT within 14 days of opening their U.S. stock account will receive the applicable Stock Cash Card reward after reaching the required number of cumulative eligible buy orders. Qualification may occur after the Campaign Period, but must be completed within 14 days of account opening. Rewards are cumulative across tiers, up to $10 in total.

5. Reward Distribution & Usage
Platform Fee Rebate Card: Automatically issued to “U.S. Stocks – Me – My Coupons” after the user registers a BIT account and enters the U.S. Stocks page. The card is valid for 30 days from issuance and automatically offsets platform fees on eligible U.S. stock trades until its balance is fully used.
Stock Cash Cards:
Instant Reward: When a client reaches an applicable cumulative net deposit tier within 14 days of account opening, the corresponding $5 Stock Cash Card will be issued immediately to “My Coupons.”
Hold-to-Unlock Reward: After the client completes the 30-day retention requirement for the applicable tier, the remaining Stock Cash Cards will be issued and activated within 14 business days. Rewards are cumulative across tiers as shown in the table.
Once activated, stock cash cards are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
U.S. Stock Real-Time Market Data Card: After registering a BIT account and entering the U.S. Stocks page, users will automatically receive a 30-day U.S. Stock Real-Time Market Data Card. It must be activated in the App under [U.S. Stocks] – [Me] – [My Coupons] before use. The card appears in the wallet as “U.S. Stock Real-Time Market Data (L1 Nasdaq Basic).” Before expiry, the system will automatically renew the applicable card if the account is in good standing, the U.S. stock account balance is above $0, and the user does not already hold an active card of the same type.
Options Real-Time Market Data Card: After registering a BIT account and entering the U.S. Stocks page, users will automatically receive a 30-day Options Real-Time Market Data Card. It must be activated in the App under [U.S. Stocks] – [Me] – [My Coupons] before use. The card appears in the wallet as “Options Real-Time Market Data (OPRA Options).” Before expiry, the system will automatically renew the card if the account is in good standing, net assets in the U.S. stock account (cash + holdings) exceed $2,000, and the user does not already hold an active card of the same type.
6. General Terms & Conditions
Exclusivity: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions on the platform.
Account Compliance: The same ID number, phone number, trading account, or controlling device will be treated as the same client. BIT reserves the right to disqualify any client found using fraudulent registration, wash trading, fake deposits, or other rule violations to claim rewards, and may reclaim any rewards issued and pursue legal action.
Final Interpretation: BIT Brokerage reserves the final right of interpretation for this event to the extent permitted by law. BIT may adjust, delay, or end this event early in accordance with regulatory changes or market conditions, and will announce any such changes through official channels.
