Participation in the Referral Campaign constitutes acknowledgement that each participant has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The total prize pool is limited. Rewards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of task completion. Once the prize pool is exhausted, the campaign will terminate automatically without further notice.
Definition of Deposited Funds:
Internal Transfer via Securities Account: Deposited Funds = Amount received after deducting any applicable handling fees.
Wire Transfer: Deposited Funds = Successfully received amount as per the daily statement.
Stock Transfer: Deposited Funds = Number of shares transferred × Closing price of the day (EST).
Existing Matrixport users remain eligible to participate in this campaign if they successfully open a Securities Account within 30 days of initial platform registration, provided the account opening occurs within the Campaign Period.
Referees must complete registration via the Referrer’s exclusive link/code. Each user can only be successfully referred once.
The Referee must be a new user to the platform and must complete the tasks in sequence: 1. Securities Account Opening 2. Deposit & Hold.
Customers who successfully open an account during the campaign period can only receive rewards if they complete the corresponding tasks within the campaign period. Rewards cannot be claimed for tasks completed after the campaign ends, and will not be eligible to participate as a referee in the next campaign.
The Referrer must have an active securities account to receive rewards for the Referee's task completion. If the Referrer has not opened a securities account by the time the Referee completes the tasks, the reward will not be issued (and will not be issued retroactively upon opening an account later).
Rewards will be credited within 14 business days after the Referee completes all required tasks, as determined by Matrixport in its sole discretion.
All campaign time statistics are based on Matrixport’s system record time of successful securities account opening. Accounts opened during the campaign but approved after the campaign deadline will be ineligible for rewards.
All campaign-related data and data confirmation are subject to Matrixport's backend records. Matrixport reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
Matrixport does not guarantee and assumes no liability for any rewards that cannot be distributed due to force majeure factors, including but not limited to KYC restrictions.
Matrixport reserves the right to suspend or cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in improper actions, including but not limited to, malicious reward claiming, using scripts/programs, falsifying data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or using technical means to obtain improper benefits.
Matrixport reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the content of this campaign at any time without prior notice.
The special referrer reward for this campaign applies only to standard clients. Sales staff and agents/affiliates are not eligible for this promotion.
