The spot grid trading feature will be fully discontinued at 08:00 (UTC+8) on January 5, 2026.
To avoid any disruption to your trades, please make the necessary arrangements in advance by adjusting or canceling your open orders.
We will be adjusting the Spot Grid product within the Matrixport App and uniformly processing all existing running strategies.
Key Processing Information
Processing Time: 2025-12-31 08:00 (UTC+8)
Scope of Processing: All spot grid strategies that are still running
Processing Method: The system will forcibly stop and close the strategies. The associated assets will be uniformly settled and returned to your account balance (the specific assets credited will be based on the actual settlement).
Please Note (Suggestion)
If you wish to choose your own closing time or arrange funds in advance, we suggest manually stopping/closing your spot grid strategy before the time mentioned above and checking the settlement results.
If you do not handle this in advance, the system will uniformly enforce closure and settlement.
