To replace Authenticator with old private key, you may follow steps below:

To disable Google Authenticator, you can follow the steps below:

#1. If there is a phone number bound to your account, please reach out to our live support to verify your identity.

#2. If there is no phone number bound but you have a registered email, send us via your registered Matrixport email to [email protected] with following documents

Step 1. Please write the following statement on the note:

My full name is XXX, my Matrixport account is XXXXX (registered email or phone number). I decide to apply for account security operation at "Year/Month/Date". Now I need to disable my Matrixport account Google Authenticator. Once my application is approved and my Google Authenticator is disabled, Matrixport is not responsible for any consequences.

Friendly Reminder:

1*Your signature and date are also required. (Your signature can be your full name but must be clear and matches with your full name provided in the text)

2*Statement note required can be printed out but must be in accordance to the statement provided by Matrixport as above.

Step 2. Please prepare a photo of your ID document (which you used for KYC2) and a selfie with a note.
