2.You will be unable to withdraw from this account for 24 hours after changing your password.
#1: Still remember existing Pay PIN password (Modify)
Select Me> Account Security
Select Pay PIN - Manage - Modify Pay PIN
If you forget the original PayPIN password, please follow #2 below.
#2: Forget existing PayPIN password (Reset)
Due to security upgrading, resetting PayPIN requires Customer support's assistance.
Step 1 Please prepare a photo of your ID document (which you used for KYC2) and a selfie with a note, content below:
My full name is XXX, my Matrixport account is XXXXX (registered email or phone number). I decided to apply for account security at "Year/Month/Date". Now I need to reset my Pay PIN password. Once my request is approved and I have access to reset my Pay PIN password. Matrixport is not responsible for any consequences.
Friendly Reminder:
1*Your signature and date are also required. (Your signature can be your full name but must be clear and matches with your full name provided in the text)
2*Statement notes required can be printed out but must be in accordance with the statement provided by Matrixport as above.
Step 2.
Attach above materials in one email and send it to [email protected] by using the email address bound to your Matrixport account. Once it’s approved by the Matrixport Customer Service team, you may proceed with step 3.
Step 3 Login Matrixport App, click on your icon on the upper left of the screen >Select Account Security
Select Pay PIN - Manage - Reset Pay PIN
Click reset Pay PIN above. Set a new PIN password and confirm 2-factor authentication.
