BIT is launching a limited-time U.S. stock rewards campaign. After registering for the campaign, share your referral link for a chance to win an iPhone Duo ; successfully refer new users to earn AAPL stock rewards; and trade U.S. stocks after registration for a chance to win iPhone prizes and cash rewards.
This is an independent limited-time bonus campaign and does not conflict with BIT's concurrent referral campaign. Eligible users may participate in both campaigns and, upon meeting the respective requirements, earn rewards from both campaigns.
1. Campaign Period
September 4, 2026, 00:00 – September 19, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8)
2. Eligibility
Users who have opened a U.S. stock account with BIT and successfully registered may participate in the referral and trading tasks.
Referral rewards are only available to non-agent and non-sales users and their referred friends. Referred friends must be new BIT users registered in September, participate through the dedicated campaign referral link, and submit a U.S. stock account opening application during the Campaign Period (September 4, 2026, 00:00 – September 19, 2026, 23:59, UTC+8)
3. How to Participate
Registration is required for this campaign. Users must first tap [Register Now] on the campaign page and successfully register before participating in the referral and trading tasks. Referrals, referral results, and U.S. stock trading volume generated before successful campaign registration will not count toward this campaign or the trading leaderboard.
4. Campaign Tasks & Rewards
Task 1 | Register & Share for a Chance to Win an iPhone Duo
After successfully registering for the campaign, issue / share your dedicated campaign referral link to qualify for the iPhone Duo prize draw.
Prize: 1 × iPhone Duo.
The results will be reviewed after the campaign ends, and the winner will be announced and contacted within 30 business days. The winner may choose to receive the physical prize or multiple Stock Cash Cards of equivalent total value.
Task 2 | Refer Friends & Earn AAPL Stock Rewards
After successfully registering for the campaign, refer eligible new users through your dedicated campaign referral link to earn referral rewards:
Referrer: Receive a $20 AAPL stock reward for every 2 eligible new users successfully referred. There is no limit on the number of eligible referrals, and another $20 AAPL stock reward can be earned for every additional 2 eligible new users, subject to applicable jurisdictional restrictions and campaign eligibility requirements.
Invitee: Each eligible referred friend will receive a $10 AAPL stock reward.
Referral rewards are only available to non-agent and non-sales users and their referred friends. Referred friends must be new BIT users registered in September, participate through the campaign referral link, and submit a U.S. stock account opening application during the Campaign Period.
Task 3 | Trade & Enter for a Chance to Win iPhone Prizes
After successfully registering, complete eligible U.S. stock trades during the Campaign Period to participate in the trading volume leaderboard. Rankings are based on cumulative eligible U.S. stock trading volume generated from successful registration until the end of the campaign. Only eligible U.S. stock trades generated after registration will count.
Cumulative Eligible Trading Volume = Eligible Buy Amount + Eligible Sell Amount
Leaderboard Rewards:
1st Place: 1 × iPhone Duo
2nd Place: 1 × iPhone 18 Pro Max
3rd Place: 1 × iPhone 18 Pro
4th–50th Place: Share a $2,000 reward pool based on eligible trading volume contribution
Users ranked 1st–3rd must reach at least $10,000,000 in cumulative eligible trading volume during the Campaign Period to receive the corresponding physical prize. If the minimum trading volume requirement is not met, the physical prize for the applicable ranking will not be awarded.
There is no minimum trading volume requirement for users ranked 4th–50th. Eligible users who finish in 4th–50th place will share the $2,000 reward pool based on the following formula:
Individual Reward = $2,000 × Individual Eligible Trading Volume ÷ Total Eligible Trading Volume of Users Ranked 4th–50th
If two or more users have the same final cumulative eligible trading volume, the user who reached that trading volume earlier will rank higher. Leaderboard data displayed during the campaign is for reference only. Final rankings, eligible trading volume, and reward amounts are subject to BIT's final review after the campaign ends.
Users should not trade solely or excessively for the purpose of increasing their leaderboard ranking or obtaining campaign rewards. Users should make trading decisions based on their own investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
5. Relationship with the Existing Referral Campaign
This campaign is an independent limited-time bonus campaign and is separate from BIT's concurrent “September Refer a Friend Rewards” campaign. It does not replace or affect participation in the existing referral campaign.
Users who meet the eligibility and task requirements of both campaigns may participate in both and receive the applicable rewards under each campaign. Rewards may be stacked. Eligibility, task requirements, reward calculations, and reward distribution for the two campaigns are assessed independently and are subject to the respective campaign pages and announcements.
6. Reward Distribution & Usage
AAPL Stock Rewards: AAPL stock rewards under Task 2 will be distributed every Monday and Friday after users complete the applicable tasks and pass BIT’s review. Rewards will be issued in the form of Stock Cards with a 14-day validity period. Please activate them within the validity period; expired rewards will not be reissued.
Leaderboard Cash Rewards: The $2,000 reward pool shared by users ranked 4th–50th in Task 3 will be settled after the campaign ends and final eligibility and trading volume reviews are completed. Rewards will be distributed within 30 business days after the campaign ends. Final reward amounts will be calculated based on each eligible winner’s contribution to total eligible trading volume.
Prize Draw & Leaderboard Physical Prizes: iPhone physical prizes will be confirmed after the campaign ends and final eligibility reviews are completed. BIT will announce or notify winners within 30 business days after the campaign ends and contact them to confirm their preferred reward option and required information. Physical prizes will be distributed after the applicable products officially go on sale and are available for purchase by BIT.
Physical Prize Conversion to Stock Cash Cards: Winners may choose to receive the applicable physical prize or Stock Cash Cards of equivalent total value. If the applicable product cannot be purchased due to a delayed launch, limited availability, regional restrictions, or other objective circumstances, BIT will provide Stock Cash Cards of equivalent total value instead. The denominations, number of cards, usage requirements, and validity period are subject to the card details shown in the user’s account. Winners must confirm their preferred reward option and required information within the period specified in BIT’s notification; failure to do so will be deemed a forfeiture of the applicable reward.
7. General Terms & Conditions
Registration Requirement: Registration is required. Only eligible referral and trading activities generated after successful campaign registration will count; activities completed before registration will not be included.
Account Uniqueness: Accounts associated with the same identification document, phone number, U.S. stock trading account, device, KYC identity, or otherwise determined by BIT's risk-control systems to be under the same beneficial control may be treated as the same user and may not participate or claim rewards more than once.
Valid Referrals: Referred friends must be new BIT users registered in September, participate through the dedicated campaign referral link, and submit a U.S. stock account opening application during the Campaign Period. Referrals involving bulk registrations, false identities, linked accounts, or other abnormal activity will not be considered valid.
Trading Volume: Only normally executed and eligible U.S. stock trades completed after campaign registration during the Campaign Period will count. Unfilled, canceled, failed, or abnormal orders determined by BIT will not be included.
Fraud Prevention & Campaign Fairness: Self-trading, wash trading, trading between related accounts, malicious bulk registration, fraudulent account opening, false referrals, fraudulent trading, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or other means of improperly obtaining campaign eligibility or rewards are prohibited. All campaign eligibility, referral relationships, trading data, and reward results are subject to BIT's risk-control and compliance reviews. If cheating, fraud, or other violations are identified, BIT reserves the right to disqualify the relevant user and revoke or recover rewards already distributed.
Reward Pools: The total AAPL stock reward pool for Task 2 is $100,000, available while supplies last. Users ranked 4th–50th in Task 3 will share a $2,000 reward pool based on their respective eligible trading volume contribution.
Physical Prize Threshold: Users ranked in the top 3 must reach a cumulative eligible trading volume of $10,000,000 to qualify for a physical prize. If the threshold is not met, the corresponding prize will not be awarded.
Leaderboard Review: Leaderboard information displayed during the campaign is for reference only. Final rankings, cumulative eligible trading volume, and reward eligibility are subject to BIT's final review after the campaign ends.
Reward Eligibility: Campaign participation and reward eligibility are limited to the eligible user and may not be sold, transferred, or claimed by another user.
Campaign Adjustments: To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, BIT reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to campaign arrangements, reward distribution timing, or campaign terms, or to postpone or terminate the campaign early due to regulatory requirements, market conditions, product availability, system operations, or other reasonable operational needs. Any changes will be announced through BIT's official channels.
Final Determination: To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, campaign eligibility, task completion, trading volume, reward eligibility, and other campaign matters are subject to BIT's final review and determination.
