I. Benefits of Becoming All-in-One Channel Partner
Once your application is approved and you officially become All-in-One channel partner, you will be eligible to enjoy enhanced commission incentives ranging from 15% to 25% of the fees generated by your referred users when they trade or purchase eligible products. Commissions are audited and calculated monthly, and payouts are settled in USDC to your BIT App account wallet, subject to BIT’s applicable terms and conditions.
II. Commission Tier Criteria
At the end of each month during the commission settlement process, your final commission tier will be determined based on whether the channel meets either of the following performance benchmarks:
· BIT App Services— Monthly Average Daily Net Deposit: The total monthly average daily net deposits across all clients under your channel reaches $5,000,000 USD or more.
· OTC Services— Monthly Cumulative Trading Volume: The cumulative monthly trading volume exceeds $17,000,000 USD.

The platform shall conduct daily snapshots of the total net asset value and actual deposit days of all clients under the channel to calculate the channel's total monthly average daily net deposit.
The "Total Monthly Average Daily Net Deposit" and "Cumulative Monthly OTC/Fiat Trading Volume" are assessed on an "OR" logic basis. Meeting either criterion will qualify the channel for a 25% commission rate for the current month.
III. Validity Period of Channel Partnership
Channel partners shall enter into a cooperation agreement with BIT for an initial term of two years, subject to any amendments in accordance with the terms of such agreement. The commission eligibility period for each referred user under the channel is 24 calendar months, starting from the referred user’s official registration date on the BIT App.

IV. How to Invite Users
Go to the App homepage, locate and tap the "More" button in the middle section, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select "Invite Friends". Tap "Share Now" to find your unique referral link. Users who register via this link will be automatically recognized by the system as clients acquired under your channel.
