IoTeX (IOTX) network is scheduled to undergo a network upgrade on November 04, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. (UTC+8). Matrixport will support these network upgrades.
Kindly refer below arrangements:
Matrixport will suspend the deposit and withdrawal for IoTeX (IOTX) network token services, starting 9:30 a.m. on November 04, 2025 (UTC+8);
We will reopen deposits and withdrawals once the upgraded network is stable, and will not notify in a further announcement.
